Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist (Music & Entertainment)

Laroussi Music is looking for a highly skilled, technical, and creative Social Media Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.

This is not a content posting role. We are looking for a strategic marketing professional who can build, execute, and optimize digital campaigns for an international recording artist, combining creative storytelling with performance marketing to grow audiences, increase engagement, drive music streams, and maximize brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Create and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with music releases, performances, and marketing campaigns.
  • Produce, film, edit, and publish high-quality video content optimized for each platform.
  • Write engaging captions, taglines, and marketing copy in English that reflects the artist’s brand and voice.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google/YouTube Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, audience retention, watch time, and conversion data.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize creatives, audiences, and campaign performance.
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the artist ahead of the competition.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations for continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience working with recording artists, musicians, entertainment companies, talent agencies, or music labels is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, pixel implementation, retargeting, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Professional video production and editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven ability to grow social media accounts through both organic content and paid advertising.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent project management and organizational skills.
