Position Summary:
The Membership Consultant is responsible for driving membership growth and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a dynamic, sales-driven individual passionate about fitness and capable of building long-lasting relationships with potential and current members.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Membership Growth: Generate new memberships, meet sales targets, and maintain member relationships.
Customer Engagement: Assist new and current members with inquiries, guide them through the membership process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Lead Management: Track and follow up with leads, converting them into memberships.
Promotions: Collaborate with marketing on special offers and represent the gym at community events.
Team Collaboration: Work with team members to provide an excellent member experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is required.
Previous experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, and goal-oriented skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
Experience in fitness or wellness centers.
Fitness certifications or personal training background.
Compensation:
