Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between the HH office and the marketing agency team.
Ensure seamless communication and information flow between all parties.
Facilitate smooth collaboration on social media strategies and campaigns.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, briefings, and approvals.

Content Creation and Curation:

Collaborate with the media team to develop engaging and informative content for HH social media platforms.
Review and approve content created by the agency, ensuring alignment with HH TOV and brand guidelines.
Source and curate relevant news, articles, and updates for social media sharing.

Social Media Management:

Manage HH social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media activity.
Implement social media strategies and campaigns developed in collaboration with the agency.
Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports to the HH office and the agency.

Community Engagement:

Build and maintain a strong online community around HH social media presence.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster positive interactions.
Identify and address any negative sentiment or misinformation promptly and effectively.

Cultural Sensitivity:

Demonstrate a deep understanding of the UAE’s cultural norms and values.
Ensure all social media activities are conducted with sensitivity and respect for local traditions.
Advise the agency on cultural nuances to ensure content resonates with the target audience.

Qualifications:

Emirati National: This position is specifically reserved for Emirati citizens and Arabic native speakers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum 2-3 years of proven experience working in a social media role within a government or royal environment.
Language: Native Arabic speaker with excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken) is a must.

Skills:

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat etc.) and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Proficiency in Google Work Place Suite, Modern Project Management platforms is a plus.
