Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across various platforms.
Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
Write compelling ad copies, captions, and social media posts to drive customer interaction.
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement rate, follower growth, conversions, and ROI.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social for performance analysis.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase reach.
Understand Digital marketing tools and help support our sales team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the telecom, tech, or digital industries.
Strong knowledge of social media trends, advertising, and analytics tools.
Experience in running paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
