Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
· Handle accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities in line with local financial practices and regulations.
· Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including preparation of sales reports for management.
· Oversee daily operations of the group’s bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.
· Provide financial forecasts, analyses, and budget monitoring to support decision-making.
Banking Coordination:
· Communicate effectively with banks to address queries, resolve issues, and facilitate transactions.
· Ensure all bank documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
· Prepare and submit regular reports on bank account statuses, including balances, transactions, and notable activities.
Budget and Performance Monitoring:
· Assist in the preparation of budgets for real estate projects.
· Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and recommend corrective measures where necessary.
Compliance and Audits:
· Manage and coordinate RERA audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Facilitate the allocation of resources within the Trust Accounting System (TAS) as per regulations.
· Ensure UAE corporate tax compliance, including timely filing and payment of taxes.
· Manage VAT compliance, including accurate record-keeping, VAT return filing, and regulatory adherence.
Year-End and Tax Compliance:
· Collaborate with the accounts team for year-end financial closing.
· Oversee compliance with local tax regulations, ensuring timely submission of tax returns and related payments.
