We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Villa Leasing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing high-end villas, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth lease transactions. This role requires a valid UAE driving license and own car for property visits and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:Leasing & Sales:
Promote and lease residential villas to prospective tenants.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information on villa features, pricing, and lease terms.
Negotiate lease agreements to achieve the best possible terms for both tenants and landlords.
Achieve leasing targets and contribute to the overall business goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and real estate partners.
Address client inquiries promptly and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain an updated database of potential tenants and available villas.
Market Research & Reporting:
Stay up to date with the real estate market trends, rental prices, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback and insights to management to improve leasing strategies.
Prepare and submit regular leasing reports.
Site Visits & Coordination:
Conduct property inspections to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for any required property improvements before leasing.
Ensure all properties are well-presented and ready for viewing.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in real estate leasing, preferably in villa leasing.
License & Vehicle: Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car for property visits.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and negotiate lease terms.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and online property portals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
