Social Media Manager | Dubai Real Estate (Remote – India Only)
SAT Real Estate, a Dubai based real estate advisory company, is hiring a full time Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp content campaigns. Direct candidates only.
We need someone who understands content strategy, audience psychology, short form video trends, real estate marketing, captions, hooks, analytics, and lead generation.
What you will do:
• Create monthly and weekly content calendars
• Plan Instagram Reels, carousel posts, stories, and short-form video ideas
• Write strong hooks, captions, CTAs, and content scripts
• Research Dubai real estate trends, competitors, and viral content formats
• Coordinate with video editors/designers to produce high-quality content
• Track performance, engagement, reach, and leads, and suggest improvements
• Manage the posting schedule across platforms
• Suggest creative and brain storming ideas to generate inquiries from investors, buyers, sellers, and landlords.
What you bring:
• 2–3 years minimum social media management experience
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Excellent English writing skills
• Ability to create content ideas that attract attention and generate leads
• Real estate, luxury brand, or investment marketing experience preferred
• A portfolio of pages/content you have managed
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, analytics, and scheduling tools preferred
