Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Lead Generator / Sales Executive to join our consultancy team. This role involves generating leads through social media platforms and managing the sales process from initial outreach to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified leads through social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Conduct outbound outreach through direct messaging and engagement strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Use CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records
- Monitor and improve outreach and conversion performance
- Meet defined lead generation and sales targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consultancy or B2B services
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- English required
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
