We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 7-8 years of experience in luxury villa construction. The ideal candidate will oversee contractors and manage all aspects of the project from design to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Supervise construction, ensuring quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
7-8 years of experience in managing luxury villa projects in the UAE.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
