Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic
Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist
who will be the voice of Heroz across all digital platforms. This person will create engaging content, manage paid ads, and grow our online presence. They will also support basic SEO efforts and ensure all content reflects our brand values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Plan, write, and post engaging content (videos, graphics, captions) across social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, X, etc.)
Collaborate with the design team and video editors
Develop content calendars and campaign themes
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow Heroz’s social media channels
Monitor trends and create relevant content
Paid Ads & Campaigns:
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads, and Google Ads
Track KPIs and report performance
Basic SEO Support:
Optimize post captions, hashtags, and website content for visibility
Collaborate with the web team to improve organic reach
Skills
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing
Strong written communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok ads
Familiarity with basic SEO principles
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Passion for education, children’s growth, or social impact is a plus
