Position: Social Media Coordinator( FEMALE)
CARZILLA AUTO SERVICE is seeking an experienced and expert Social Media Manager/Content Creator to
join our dynamic team
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing social media platforms and creating successful content, with a particular emphasis on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, with a primary focus on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other social media platforms.
Create engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our brand and business goals.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase
brand awareness
and
customer engagement
, prioritizing Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimize content for each platform.
Stay
up-to-date
with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Provide regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics and insights.
Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, advantage in the automotive industry.
Expertise in managing and advertising on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and other social media platforms.
Strong knowledge of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
Experience with
Meta, Instagram, and Facebook is also required.
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Produce high-quality visual and video content for various social media platforms.
Edit and enhance video content to maximize engagement and viewership.
Hands-on experience
in video editing software.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate
innovative
content ideas.
Strong organizational and
multitasking
abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
