Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing data, generating insights, and helping the organization make data-driven decisions. The BI Analyst will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide actionable reports and visualizations that support business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to ensure that BI initiatives align with business objectives.
Maintain and optimize BI systems, databases, and reports to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any data-related issues.
Stay current with industry trends and BI best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a BI Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis, including proficiency in SQL.
Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud BI tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, AWS QuickSight).
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.
