We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to manage and execute our digital presence across multiple platforms.
This role requires a multi-skilled professional who can handle social media planning, SEO content writing, graphic design, video creation, and email marketing—driving engagement and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media strategies & monthly content calendars
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, website, posts)
- Design engaging graphics for social media and campaigns
- Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute ad campaigns
- Update website content with SEO best practices
- Track performance metrics and optimize content
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
Candidates should have hands-on experience with:
- Design: Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (plus)
- Video Editing: CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
- SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest (or similar)
- Social Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Scheduler (or similar)
- Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot (or similar)
- CMS: WordPress (preferred)
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in content creation, social media and campaign management.
- Experience in the UAE market and professional services industry is mandatory.
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing are an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
