I am building an international personal brand in the luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle space.
My content focuses on elegance, high-end experiences, travel, fashion, personal growth and aspirational living. I create content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat, with the goal of building a recognizable global brand and a highly engaged audience.
This role is ideal for someone who is obsessed with social media, follows trends daily, loves analytics, and wants to be part of building a luxury personal brand from the inside.
I am looking for a creative, analytical and ambitious Content Manager who is passionate about social media, understands short-form content and wants to grow alongside an exciting luxury-focused project.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who understands that content is a sales and growth tool.
Your role is not simply to post videos, but to identify formats that generate millions of views, analyze performance data, and turn ideas into consistent audience growth and engagement.
⚡️ Responsibilities
• Manage content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat.
• Adapt and publish content according to the unique requirements of each platform.
• Basic video editing, including captions, subtitles, music and formatting (CapCut / Premiere Pro).
• Research trends, viral formats and content opportunities for growth.
• Track analytics, evaluate performance and propose weekly content hypotheses and improvements.
✅ Requirements
• Proven experience managing social media accounts with a strong understanding of Meta, TikTok and YouTube algorithms.
• Ability to identify the difference between ordinary content and viral content.
• Fast editing skills and the ability to work efficiently.
• Strong creativity, organization and analytical thinking.
• Portfolio and case studies are required.
Bonus Points
• Experience working with fashion, luxury or premium brands.
• Experience working with personal brands, influencers or content creators.
Compensation & Benefits
• Location: Dubai, UAE.
• Schedule: 5 days per week.
• Probation period (1–2 months): 4,000 AED.
• After probation: up to 8,000 AED depending on performance.
• Performance bonuses for high-performing content and successful campaigns.
• Opportunity for long-term growth within the project.
