Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for our clients across various platforms. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, has a strong visual eye, and can develop content that drives engagement and tells compelling stories. This role is essential in building brand presence and helping our clients stand out in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Facebook, and other platforms.
Develop static and motion-based content including Reels, Stories, carousels, memes, and graphics.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and short-form copy aligned with the brand voice.
edit compelling visual content (photo + video) tailored to each platform
Write short-form copy, captions, and hashtags aligned with the brand voice.
Be comfortable being on-camera when needed for Tik Tok or Reels.
Coordinate with stylists, influencers, and production teams to ensure brand storytelling is consistent and impactful.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and content innovations.
Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas tailored to each client’s goals and audience.
Contribute to monthly content calendars in collaboration with account and design teams.
Produce static graphics, Reels, Stories, carousels, memes, and motion-based asset
On-Site Content Production:
Attend brand events, shoots, and activations to capture real-time content.
Liaise with photographers, videographers, stylists, and influencers as needed.
Edit videos using tools like Cap Cut, Adobe Suite, Canva, In Shot , etc., with text overlays, transitions, and audio.
Capture live content at shoots, events, and activations.
Work closely with designers, social media managers, and PR teams to ensure brand consistency.
Interpret briefs and campaign goals to develop high-impact visual storytelling.
Reporting & Optimization:
Monitor performance of content (engagement, reach, views) and suggest improvements.
Support community engagement and follower growth through strategic content.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Design, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably within an agency or brand setting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
Skilled in photography, videography, and editing tools (Adobe Suite, Cap Cut, Canva, etc.).
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
A creative portfolio showcasing your content work (static and video).
