Job description
1. Copy, scan and store documents
2. Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
3. File documents in physical and digital records
4. Create templates for future use as per the site requirements.
5. Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
6. Prepare daily site reports and submit to main contractor on projects as needed.
7. Prepare work permits and take approval from HSE department.
8. Daily time sheets entry for Site staff, supplier labors and submit to H. office
9. Prepare the documents for submission (Drawings, Martials & prequalification) and submit to the main contractor for approval.
10. Collect and register all technical documents from main contractors such as drawings Materials & prequalification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
