Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media content production and is confident in using a Smart Phone to capture high-quality video and photo content. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling, on-brand content that supports our marketing strategy and drives engagement across social media platforms. You should also be comfortable interacting with individuals in various settings to request permission and, upon approval, capture candid or posed visuals that align with our content goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, capture, and edit high-quality photo and video content using a smartphone for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content for our social media.
- Develop creative content ideas, storyboards, and scripts aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Edit videos using professional mobile or desktop editing software to produce visually appealing and platform-optimized content.
- Produce social media content including Reels, Stories, promotional videos, and day-to-day brand content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand identity, messaging, and quality standards.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to create relevant and engaging content.
- Manage digital content files and maintain an organized content library.
- Assist with basic photography, content planning, and live event coverage when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience creating engaging content for social media (portfolio or examples required).
- Proficient in Smart Phone-based photography and videography, with a strong visual sense, attention to detail, creative direction, and the ability to execute high-quality content from concept to completion.
- Strong skills in editing photos and videos for Social Media platforms.
- Comfortable approaching and interacting with people in public in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
- Extensive understanding of social media platforms and what content performs well.
- Experience using analytics tools to understand what content performs best.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
