About the Role:
Tshweash Creative Agency is looking for a highly organized and professional Community Manager to join our team. You will be the voice of our clients’ brands, responsible for building engaged and sustainable digital communities. This role requires a structured, disciplined workflow for daily operations and paid ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities: – Manage clients’ social profiles end-to-end (Scheduling, Smart Inbox, Publishing). – Develop and maintain clear community management workflows and response guidelines. – Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI. – Analyze performance data and generate comprehensive performance reports. – Monitor online trends, conversations, and brand mentions through Social Listening.
