Social Media Campaign Specialist (Female Indians) Jobs in Dubai at Bloxsoft Digital
We are looking for a Social Media Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Meta Ads, audience targeting, and campaign performance analysis to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) that align with marketing objectives.
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience segmentation to improve ROI.
Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL) and optimize campaigns for better results.
Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to improve conversions.
Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong brand presence.
Prepare performance reports and provide insights for future campaigns.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in social media management and paid advertising.
Proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.
Familiarity with Twitter Ads, Google Ads, AI marketing tools is a plus.
Experience in iGaming, crypto, or blockchain is an advantage.
Proficiency in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
