Social Media Manager This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Social Media Manager will execute social media marketing strategies, create engaging content, optimize social media channels, and enhance
communication
with the audience.
Main Responsibilities Develop and autonomously execute a content strategy for the agency and its founder.
Optimize, animate and engage with the company’s Linked In page.
Prepare, review, schedule content to be posted.
Monitor and evaluate strategies, report to management and include actionable suggestions for
continuous improvement
.
Study, recommend, and then build any other relevant social media platform.
Build and animate the company community to reach new connections, followers, and prospects.
Create and maintain a pipeline of leads, and be the first point of contact to qualify the leads.
Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Content Strategy and writing abilities.
Experience in managing corporate social media platforms, specifically Linked In.Knowledge of analytics tools for social media and emailing such as Sprout Social, Mail Chimp, Buffer, etc.
Ability to work collaboratively in a
team environment
as well as taking initiative and proactively suggest improvements and activities.
Desired Competencies and Qualities Sales experience, and ability to pitch services.
Portfolio or examples of content created in the past.
A sense of humour and a willingness to build the role in which you want to
learn and grow
.
