Social Media & Marketing Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager who is creative, hands-on, and capable of managing the complete marketing process from strategy and content creation to advertising, editing, and performance analysis.
This is a 360° marketing role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, execute ideas independently, and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
- Handle photography and videography for company projects, services, events, and social media content.
- Edit all content produced, including videos, reels, photographs, graphics, and other digital content.
- Create engaging and professional content that represents the company’s brand and services.
- Monitor social media and advertising performance and make improvements based on results.
- Take responsibility for the complete marketing process — strategy, shooting, editing, publishing, advertising, SEO, and reporting.
- Be proactive in identifying new marketing opportunities and trends.
- Work closely with management and other departments to understand projects and turn them into engaging content.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Strong video/photo editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A hands-on, "can-do" attitude — someone who can handle different aspects of marketing rather than relying on others for every task.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of branding and content creation.
- Experience in the interior, fit-out, joinery, construction, architecture, or related industries would be an advantage.
