Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Tik Tok, and others.

Align strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.

Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and alignment with promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and photographers to produce high-quality posts, stories, reels, and other formats.

Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Foster a positive community and build meaningful connections with the audience.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI.

Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.

Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and audience targeting.

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Propose innovative ideas to keep the brand (or clients) ahead of the curve.

Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer support, to align social media activities with broader business objectives.

Work closely with clients (if applicable) to ensure expectations are met.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience managing social media accounts, either in-house or for an agency.

Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful social media campaigns.

Deep knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.

Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.

Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Linked In Ads).

Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously.
