Job Title: Smart City IoT Technical Product Manager
Duration : 3 to 4 weeks.
Work Model : Hybrid with 2 to 3 client site visits to Riyadh, KSA
Location : Riyadh, KSA.
Project Overview – Working on a smart city project and there is a workstream focused on providing integration requirements across several smart city solutions that the client is aiming to implement
Objectives
Translate the existing smart city strategy into actionable implementation plans
Establish technology and data infrastructure, including digital twins, supporting smart city capabilities
Build strong governance, operational, and commercial frameworks for successful vendor engagement and project sustainability
Scope of Work
Embed enterprise-grade project management (PMO), including governance, reporting, and delivery tracking for all digital transformation streams
Project Requirements
Technical PMO with digital transformation and large-scale technology delivery experience, especially in digital twin environments
Product Manager with a proven record in consumer/smart app and digital twin product development
