We are actively looking for a skilled Small home appliances &Tv Technician to join our maintenance team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Repair defective Electrical products (ex. Vacuum cleaner, TV, Microwave, Blender, mixer…etc) according to the working instructions for technical center repairs.
- Supports in the repair of the Electrical products (ex. Water dispensers, ….etc)
- Control the consumption of spare parts.
- Maintain good relation with the supplier to timely resolve the pending cases.
- Daily update the system for the work done.
- Order the spare parts required for repairing the item according to the working instructions.
- Preparing charge estimate for out of warranty and miss-use cases.
- Prepare technical reports for defective items to be signed by the Senior Electrical Technician.
- Assure the implementation of the services standard operating procedure in his daily activities.
- Responsible to achieve the services KPIs of his area of work.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Holding diploma degree in electronics or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Electronics repair preferably in authorized service centers.
- Hard working and team player.
- High ownership towards work-space.
- Customer oriented.
- Electronics repair skill for all product range like TV, Microwave, Blender …etc
