Slimming Therapist – CS Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE at NMC Healthcare
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily slimming sales and operation assessments and monitor every slimming transaction made in the Slimming Department.
Provide slimming customers with regular follow up to evaluate their progress.
Work closely with slimming clients for different slimming programs, including weight loss and figure correction plans.
Perform body mass analysis and evaluate anthropometric, biochemical, and dietary history to assess client’s nutritional status and nutritional needs.
Monitor and advise slimming clients about their dietary activity in line with their slimming program.
Ensure that service delivery is 100% as per clinic protocol.
Ensure timely completion of Zero Session as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Record client’s measurements at:
Enquiry stage
Zero session stage
After every month for full body
Every session for spot reduction therapies as per SOP.
Ensure trolley and bed setting in the therapy and appliance rooms as per the SOP and overall cleanliness of the slimming services area.
Lay out and use the products service wise as per SOP.
Ensure to disinfect appliance pads before every session and clean them weekly as per SOP.
Deliver expected centimeter loss through scientific service delivery.
Immediately highlight any program or medical contraindications seen during the session to the Slimming head.
Adhere to the Medical Contraindications withrespectto Therapies as directed by manager prior to respective client’s session.
Check & record the weight of each client on the Client Program Record (CPR).
Check & record the weight of each client on Daily Record Register (DRR).
Review client’s progress post each session.
Provide a minimum of 15 minutes bed-side counseling each week post each slimming session.
Recommend need-based slimming treatments forupselling/rebooking.
In absence of the physiotherapists, provide customized activity plans to clients.
Ensure clients meet the targeted weight loss targets set by the Clinic Manager.
Counsel and guide clients facing weight plateaus and suggest appropriate course of action.
Responsible for general upkeep of the slimming department. Any dysfunction of appliances to be immediately escalated to manager.
Regularly update and correctly complete all related documentation.
Ensure documentation is maintained accurately. Prepare and maintain all necessary reports/paperwork on a regular basis.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of appointment planner.
Ensure accuracy of all relevant financial and operational data is captured, maintained, and reported timely.
Consult with Manager regarding related medical problems of clients before starting treatment for proper results.
Perform lymphatic massage under the supervision of a physician.
Plan and execute indoor and outdoor events timely.
Constantly upgrade oneself and multitask to achieve the progression level.
Perform outdoor duties in case slimming events are organized beyond center premises.
Perform all duties in a professional and confidential manner.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Slimming Therapy or Beauty Therapy.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or Physiotherapy.
Minimum 2 – 4 years of proven work experience as a Slimming Therapist / Facial & Body Therapist in an establishedwellnessor aesthetic clinic.
Fluent in English & Arabic (preferable).
DOH License as Registered Nurse / Physiotherapist / Beauty Therapist / Massage Therapist.
