Duties
- Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including deep cleansing, exfoliation, facials, peels, and advanced therapies
- Conduct skin analysis and provide tailored skincare advice and product recommendations
- Work with facial electricals, RF, microdermabrasion, cavitation
- Perform body treatments, slimming treatments, and massages
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional work environment
- Ensure all treatments meet the highest standards and adhere to brand protocols
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and client satisfaction
- Maintain client records and update treatment plans as needed
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and homecare routines
- Meet individual and team service/sales targets
- Assist with front-desk duties or product merchandising when required
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in skincare and beauty treatments
- Strong analysis, communication, and customer care skills
- Knowledge of skincare products and retail sales
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Professional and hygienic work standards
Familiarity with the following
- Facial electricals, RF, microdermabrasion, cavitation
- Sales and product knowledge
