We are looking for a skilled Site Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh The ideal candidate will have strong surveying experience, specifically in larg-scale construction projects, and will be responsible for ensuring that all surveying tasks are carried out accurately, on time, and in compliance with the design and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and precise surveys of the construction site, including measuring land, elevations, and existing structures.
- Collect and record data related to the land, boundaries, and topography of the site.
- Set out the positions of proposed buildings, roads, and other features according to the approved plans and coordinates.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment between survey results and construction plans.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of surveying data, identifying and addressing any discrepancies in measurements.
- Prepare and submit detailed survey reports, including maps, drawings, and data analysis, to support construction activities and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that all surveying activities adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
- Assist with overseeing site conditions, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring a safe working environment for the team.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a site surveyor, preferably in larg-scale and Mall construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, instruments (e.g., Total Stations, GPS, etc.), and data collection methods.
- Proficiency in surveying and mapping software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
- The position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
- Relevant certifications in surveying or geomatics are a plus (e.g., Licensed Surveyor).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
- Candidate must be available to join within a maximum of one month of offer acceptance.
