As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and promoting our real estate offerings to a wider audience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings, projects, and services.
Utilize market research and analytics to identify trends, assess customer needs, and refine marketing strategies.
Social Media Management:Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling and shareable content across various social media platforms to generate leads and build a community of followers.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive relevant traffic.
Stay abreast of SEO trends and algorithms to ensure our digital content remains competitive in search results.
Content Creation:Develop engaging and informative content for various digital channels, including website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand.
Email Marketing:Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain communication with potential clients.
Implement segmentation strategies to tailor content to specific target audiences.
Paid Advertising:Create and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize for maximum ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
Prepare regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Collaborate with design, development, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Min 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing and Lead generation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
