Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent (Fresher or Experienced) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong drive to help clients find their perfect property. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring a seamless transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored property recommendations.
Property Listings:
List properties for sale or rent on various platforms, including Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
Prepare and present professional property descriptions, photos, and videos to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiations:
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and agreed upon by both parties.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the status of their transactions.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Marketing and Social Media:
Utilize social media platforms to market properties and attract potential clients.
Create engaging content, including property photos and videos, to enhance online listings and social media presence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in using real estate portals and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A valid real estate license and a driver’s license.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction.
