Site Supervisor/Foreman for Interior Fit-out Projects Jobs in Dubai at Innerspace Interior Decoration
An interior fit-out company is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented supervisor/foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in site supervision, with strong expertise in final finishes across residential villas, commercial projects, and interior fit-out works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Coordinate and supervise site labor to ensure smooth execution of work on-site.
- Ensure quality control throughout all phases of work, with a particular focus on final finishes including painting, flooring, joinery, fixtures, and fittings, as well as MEP and HVAC installations.
- Monitor project progress and report regularly to the project managers.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience supervising residential villa and commercial interior fit-out projects within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with final finishes and interior fit-out processes, material and methods.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Fit out, joinery, HVAC, MEP.
- Ability to take responsibility and execute a project from start to handover.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
