A well-established construction company in the UAE specializing in water infrastructure projects, including water treatment plants, pumping stations, STPs, and RO plants, is looking to hire an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman.
📍 Location: Sharjah (office) with project sites across Sharjah & Dubai
🔧 Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor / Foreman to manage day-to-day site operations, oversee manpower, and ensure high-quality and safe execution of works.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities across trades (carpentry, steel fixing, masonry)
- Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor labor productivity, timesheets, and resource usage
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce HSE standards
- Coordinate with Project Engineer for planning and execution
- Manage material requirements, deliveries, and local procurement
- Resolve on-site issues proactively
- Provide daily progress updates
✅ Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years UAE experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects
- Experience with pumping stations, water-retaining structures, STPs, RO plants
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong ability to read construction drawings
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and meet deadlines
