Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all waterproofing activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Manage a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
Plan daily tasks and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain records of site activities, materials used, and work progress. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and requirements.
Minimum Qualification:
Minimum 1 to 2 Years Experience in UAE
Diploma in Civil Engineering
