Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor / Coordinator for our interior fit-out and joinery projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both site operations and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise interior fit-out and joinery works on-site
- Coordinate between site, office, and clients
- Manage and control labour teams effectively
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings and project requirements
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and reporting
Requirements:
- 1–2 years UAE experience in interior fit-out / joinery
- Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings
- Must be able to use AutoCAD (basic to intermediate level)
- Knowledge of 3D drawings is an advantage
- Strong ability to manage labour and site activities
- Basic office coordination and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- UAE Driving License (advantage)
- Hindi nationality preferred
