Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – FinTech Loyalty Program

About Us:
EZ Pin, has a newly launched loyalty program, that allows end users to recieve cashback rewards. Rewards can be cashback from restaurants, cafés, salons, spas, entertainment venues, and retail businesses as well as other inovative ideas.
As an expanding FinTech startup, we’re looking for a self-motivated and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to actively seek and engage potential clients. This role is ideal for university students seeking work experience or individuals looking to earn extra income.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. This role is highly outbound and requires the individual to be comfortable working independently, getting out in the field, and generating leads face-to-face. You’ll be responsible for visiting venues and speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers to pitch our platform and secure new partnerships.
This is currently a temporary position, but there is potential for a long-term role for the right person. The ideal candidate will be independent, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively Generate Leads: Identify and approach potential businesses (restaurants/cafes, salons/spas, entertainment venues, etc.) that could benefit from offering cash-back rewards.
Outbound Sales Activities: Drive outreach efforts by visiting potential clients in person, cold calling, and following up via email or phone to present our loyalty platform.
Client Engagement: Engage with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and introduce them to our cash-back solutions.
Pitch and Close Deals: Effectively pitch our platform’s features and advantages, answer questions, and close deals to secure new clients.
Maintain a CRM System: Keep track of all leads, communication, and activities using a CRM system for follow-up and reporting.
Work Independently: Manage your own schedule and travel across the UAE to meet potential clients face-to-face, showing initiative and self-discipline.
Report on Progress: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to the management team.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is preferred. Experience in the fintech, loyalty, or retail sectors is a huge plus.
Self-Starter: Must be highly independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
UAE Knowledge: Understanding of the UAE market and the ability to identify businesses that would benefit from cash-back offerings.
UAE License & Car: Must have a valid UAE driving license and your own car for frequent travel.
Own Visa: Must have a valid UAE visa.
Hardworking & Results-Driven: Must be willing to put in the work to achieve results and meet targets.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with business owners and decision-makers confidently.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, email communication, and using mobile devices for lead management.
