Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our retail fit-out and interior construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all on-site operations are executed with the highest level of quality, precision, and adherence to schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Supervision: Maintain a daily field presence to monitor and follow up on the contractor's work step-by-step. This ensures maximum productivity and strict adherence to the project schedule.
- Drawing & Design Compliance: Ensure total and precise execution of all structural and decorative works in accordance with the approved blueprints and designs.
- Quality Assurance: Verify that the contractor uses the exact approved materials specified in the design documents , bills of quantities, and estimates, while strictly preventing any compromises on finishing quality.
- Initial Site Survey: Conduct precise on-site measurements for all new stores prior to the design phase , and prepare these files accurately in AutoCAD format.
- Multi-Project Management: Successfully manage and coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously while efficiently prioritizing tasks.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Field Agility: Ability to move quickly and effectively between various project sites without impacting the quality of daily supervision.
- Geographical Flexibility: Complete readiness to travel and relocate between different cities across the Kingdom (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, etc.) based on project needs.
- Attention to Detail: High proficiency in inspecting the quality of premium materials and luxury finishes, including wood, acrylic, gypsum, glass, and LED systems, ensuring they meet luxury specifications.
- Interpersonal Skills: Firmness when dealing with contractors while maintaining absolute professionalism, documenting meeting minutes, and escalating issues to project management when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail fit-out and interior construction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of AutoCAD is a mandatory and essential requirement.
