Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee all accounting functions and serve as the primary point of contact for management regarding financial matters. This role requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounting processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial planning.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
Provide financial insights and support decision-making for real estate development, investment, and property management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in accounting/finance (real estate experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and liaise with senior management.
