ITALTECH, a well-established and reputable construction company in the UAE, is seeking a highly skilled QC Inspector (Electrical & Mechanical Services) to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of electrical and mechanical installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
Perform quality checks at various stages of construction, including pre-installation, during installation, and post-installation.
Identify and report non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare comprehensive reports.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the construction field, specifically in MEP services.
Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) processes and procedures.
In-depth understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and low-current systems.
Familiarity with UAE regulations, standards, and codes (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, DM, etc.).
Certification in QC or related fields (e.g., ISO 9001, ASQ, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
