Key Responsibilities – main duties, responsibilities, and outputs of the role.
Supervise and lead on-site teams for the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems.
Ensure all work is executed as per project specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective solutions.
Maintain project documentation, including work progress reports and material usage.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
Train and guide technicians for proper installation and maintenance of ELV systems.
Communicate with clients and address any concerns regarding system installations.
Create reports, collect and consolidate data, and prepare reports.
Person Specification
Aptitudes / Skills / Abilities
Proven experience in ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barriers, and related systems.
Strong knowledge of installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning procedures.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of safety procedures and industry standards.
Effective communication and reporting skills.
