- Recording – Maintaining daily logs of progress, attendance and any delays, regular updates throughout the day to higher management.
- Material Management – Monitoring materials are always stored properly and ensuring sufficient supply and ordering in advance.
- Safety Management – Ensuring strict safety regulations regularly, ensuring all workers wear proper clothing and and PPE at all times in the site.
