Job Location: Riyadh and Jeddah, KSA
About the Client: A fit-out contracting team specializing in unique commercial and residential renovation and space beautification projects in the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
Meet and coordinate with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors, etc.)
Carry out and record site inspections, take measurements for the wall and ceiling, etc.
Conduct quantity take off from architectural and engineering drawings to determine required materials and quantities.
Supervise sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Open to Indian nationals.
Male, 40 years old and below.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a site supervisor; home country experience is acceptable.
Willing to travel within the region to visit sites (Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, etc.).
Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
Preferably with driver’s license.
