JOB DESCRIPTION
We Are currently seeking a well-organized candidates with strong technical background to join our fast-growing company which encourages professional development and support individuals which share our passion to succeed and generate results.
Thier primary role is to manage and control costs related to construction projects (mainly in mechanical engineering felid) .Here are some responsibilities and tasks associated with the role of a Quantity Surveyor: Cost estimation,budgeting,tendering,cost control etc..
Main Task:
– Preparing Payment Application
– Furnish BOQs and cost estimates
-Estimation of quanties, Costs and time scales for material and labour
-Coordination with designers in early project stage
-Review and design from construction point of view
-Preparing contract and tender documents
-Revise Contracts
-Contractual Correspondence and Claims
-Preparing Contractual letters to the clients, Subcontractors etc..
– Preparing enquires, RFI, and BOQ
-Prepare Reports ,Analyses ,Contracts,Budjects,Risk assessment etc….

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
