About Us
Total Homeworx is a Dubai-based interior fit-out and renovation contractor specializing in villa renovations, custom joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, and bathroom fit-outs.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our residential fit-out and renovation projects. The role involves coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors and labour, ensuring work quality and safety compliance, and keeping projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations across active renovation and fit-out projects
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, and site labour
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Track project timelines and flag delays or issues to management
- Conduct quality checks on joinery, finishes, and installations
- Enforce site safety procedures and maintain HSE compliance
- Liaise with clients and site representatives as needed
- Maintain daily site reports and material/manpower logs
- Coordinate deliveries and manage on-site material stock
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of site supervision experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction
- Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works
- Ability to read architectural and shop drawings
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
- Experience with Dubai Municipality and developer (Emaar/Nakheel) compliance standards is an advantage
