Job Description:
Eissa Fiber Glass LLC is seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee fiberglass-related projects, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Monitor and guide the workforce to achieve desired results.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with clients and management to address project requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in fiberglass-related projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of fiberglass processes and materials.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
