Responsibilities
- Coordinating with projects and sales to do required pre-installations at customer site
- Installing, operating and training security network products
- Have a thorough understanding of SLA contracts and coverage levels.
- Perform remedial repair activities on customer site.
- Perform assignments as directed by Response Center senior technical staff.
- Recognize situations requiring a service call Escalation and follows proper Escalation Procedures.
- Provide the support required to close service events promptly, within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Validating actual problem and validating correct parts to be used for service
- Effective ‘debrief and reporting of service call for future enhancements
- Documenting work activity and maintaining administrative paperwork.

Job Skills
- Have a minimum 4-5 years of Hands-on Technical implementation experience in Surveillance systems and Physical security systems.
- Strong background with the underlying technologies such as Networking, WLNA , CCTV , Access Control, Arm barriers, Bollard systems …. ets
- Have a solid Background in (Milestone, Lenel, HID ….) is a must.
- Have a solid background in Fire Alarm systems will be preferred.
- Have solid background in Physical security systems will be preferred.
- Able to work with Microsoft servers (any version).
- Certified CCNA / CCNP will be preferred.
- Certified Milestone will is a plus.
