The Project or Execution Manager will lead and manage Shutdown projects in the Oil and Gas Plants. This role involves coordinating withcross-functional teams, maintaining project timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strongleadershipskills and a deep understanding ofproject managementbest practices in the Oil and Gas industry.
Qualification-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15 years of relevant experience inProject managementor Construction Management of Major Shutdowns in theOil & Gas and PetrochemicalIndustry.
PMP or equivalentproject managementcertification is preferred.
Technical Skills-
Plan and oversee all stages of project development from initiation to completion.
Coordinate resources, equipment, and information to ensure project execution.
Monitor and report on project progress, including milestones and budget adherence.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project documentation and contractual obligations.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
