About the Role – We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our HVDC projects For Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of these projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction, engineering, and project management will be essential as you lead our team, navigate challenges, and achieve project goals.
Required Skills
Minimum 15 years’ combined experience as site manager on 380kV or above Substations or HVDC projects.
Have supervised Erection, Testing & Commissioning of HV & EHV Power TFs
Have supervised Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 380kV or above GIS equipment.
Have supervised Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Relay & Control Panels for 380kV SS or above.
Have supervised Erection, Testing & Commissioning of SAS system for 380kV SS equipment or above.
Have supervised Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 380kV BSP or above Telcom & Cyber Security.
Have supervised Erection, Testing & Commissioning HVAC System, AHU System & FF System.
Have supervised Installation, Testing & Commissioning 380kV, 220kV, 132kV Power Cables & Cable Sealing Ends and 33kV Power Cables and its terminations.
Coordination with project manager, project engineers and administration department for smooth implementation of site works.
Coordination with Client, Consultant, and other stake holders.
Coordination with testing & commissioning department of Client.
Quality system implementation & coordination at site.
Safety system implementation & coordination at site.
Progress reporting.
Supervision of Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Protection Teams at site ( Engineers & Foremen).
Experience to supervise more than 500 employees at EHV or HVDC projects site.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.
