DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for Site HSE Supervisor in Oil and Gas (brown field projects), preferably with QE-LNG projects
Location: Ras Laffan
Project Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong experience in Brownfield/live plant projects.
- Experience in QE-LNG projects preferred.
- NEBOSH IGC mandatory.
- GCC/Qatar experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site HSE activities and ensure compliance with client and company safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety observations.
- Monitor PTW activities including hot work, confined space, lifting, and work at height.
- Ensure implementation of safe work practices during brownfield activities.
- Report unsafe acts/conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and HSE documentation.
Skills
- Good knowledge of Oil & Gas HSE procedures.
- Strong communication and site coordination skills.
- Ability to work in high-risk brownfield environments.
