Job Summary:
The Site Foreman Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. With 8-10 years of experience and strong drawing interpretation skills, this role supervises workers, coordinates tasks, ensures safety compliance, and communicates with stakeholders to keep the project on track.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site workers and subcontractors.
Interpret construction drawings and ensure work aligns with specifications.
Monitor project progress and report to management.
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.
Resolve on-site issues and maintain smooth workflow.
Conduct daily briefings and ensure proper task delegation.
Maintain project documentation, including time sheets and safety reports.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in construction or foreman roles.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Fit Out Supervisor certification (optional).
Strong knowledge of construction procedures and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
