We are seeking experienced and skilled Site Foreman and Production Foreman to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in metal works and a proven track record of successfully managing site operations and production workflows.
*Responsibilities:*
*Site Foreman:*
– Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring timely completion of projects
– Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety
– Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related issues
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
*Production Foreman:*
– Oversee production workflows, ensuring efficient use of resources and equipment
– Plan and schedule production activities to meet project deadlines
– Supervise and train production staff to improve productivity and quality
– Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality output
*Requirements:*
– Minimum 5 years of experience in metal works, specifically in the UAE
– Proven track record of successfully managing site operations or production workflows
– Strong knowledge of metal works processes, safety regulations, and quality control measures
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
