Looking for Site Foreman Fit out with 3 year’s experience in Dubai Reporting to Site Engineer and Manager
· Manage communication between all parties involved in development, where appropriate.
· Ability to follow up and inspect all Joinery Works with Subcontractors
· Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
· Work within multi-national teams.
· Ensure site complies within guidelines of health and safety and security.
· Liaise with main and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations.
· Quality Control of work done at site.
· Manage day-to-day of the project site, including on-site staff and subcontractors
· Ensure that the project is completed on time
· Resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project
· Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly
· Attend job site meetings, as well as meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals
· Good knowledge in AC Works, plumbing and Electrical

2. CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN 3 YEARS UAE EXPERIENCE ON THE SAME FIELD(Fit-out and Interior Design Site Foreman)

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
